We were finally in town for a rainstorm on Sunday. We've been bummed that we've been out of town and missed some great summer monsoons lately. Brendon and Suzanna had fun getting their swimsuits on and playing on the trampoline while it drizzled after most of the storm had passed. Ty had his suit on, but watched from the porch most of the time.

The rain was such a nice treat in all of this heat. Yesterday wasn't bad either. The kids look cute enjoying it. We love it too.

That's one thing I miss from Arizona summers is a good rainstorm. It doesn't really rain much here.

That is fun! We took the boys out the other day too. They sure enjoyed it, I did too! It was more fun when I was a kid though.
My kids beg to go outside when it rains! I just wish it rained more during the day time hours instead of just at night!

Cute picture! I miss AZ monsoons - AZ rain has the best smell. Haven't found that smell in NC or CA yet.
On a side note - how did/does your popsicle stick babysitting work? Do you still do that?
My children act like they have never seen water before when it starts to rain. I grew up in Seattle so you do not find me running out in it. That's what our swimming pool is for- I think???
